Beatrilson Capital Nigeria Limited, is an indigenous financial service company that specialize in business administration, corporate advisory, investment advisory, planned and asset finance.

Where they were

Beatrilson Capital partnered with Alphonet in 2014 when they needed to ensure that a variety of financial software they used to manage their customers was continually patched with the latest updates; a manual process that took several hours each month. Other key requirements included 24×7 availability and fast responses to urgent issues, improved and more professional account management, service desk and remote administration support, preventative maintenance, monitoring, and on-site support.

What we did

Alphonet tailored an outsourcing plan to meet their specific requirements. Our engineering team worked with Beatrilson Capital and our Technical Account Manager to automate the complex update process via our powerful remote systems management tool SysAid.

The remaining preventative maintenance tasks were loaded into our maintenance system calendar to ensure that the work was performed on schedule. Beatrilson Capital now receives regular maintenance, along with professional monthly reporting that describes all incidents and requests we have serviced each month.

We also provide an instant response for critical issues, with 24 x 7 service desk availability backed by an on-site 3 hour response SLA and as well 24 x 7 fast Internet connection
