Pentagon Real Estate Investment Limited

Pentagon Real Estate Investment Limited is a privately owned company incorporated on 6th February 2007 with the objective of providing Real Estate services to individuals and corporate bodies. It commenced business shortly after incorporation and has its head office at Suite E68, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos State. The Company is managed by professionals with several years of training and experience both in Nigeria and abroad. It is currently handling a number of estate development projects which include Mainland Park, Cedar Gardens, Rehoboth City and Crystal Gardens.

Where they were

Pentagon reached out to Alphonet in 2010 when the cost of running an in-house IT department comprising a team of three IT Engineers was high, as a result were in search of a more comprehensive and cost effective IT system support. They were also in need of abetter Internet service after their previous provider was unable to meet their needs.

One key requirements included 24 x 7 availability and fast responses to urgent issues, fast and reliable Internet service, service desk and remote administration support, preventative maintenance, monitoring, and on-site support.

What we did

After Partnering with Alphonet, we tailored an outsourcing plan to meet their specific requirements. Our engineering team worked with Pentagon by assigning an IT Support Engineer on-site who was present throughout working hours in their office. Alphonet also provided Pentagon with reliable and fast Internet connection.

Pentagon now receives regular maintenance, along with professional monthly reporting that describes all incidents and requests we have serviced each month. We also provide an instant response for critical issues, with 24 x 7 service desk availability.

The Results

Alphonet's outsourcing Plan has freed Pentagon of all IT and Internet worries and as well allowed them to concentrate solely on what is most important to any organisation: running their business. This plan has also lead Pentagon to cost saving and increase in profit.
